Mode Selection
MapGo offers two different modes: General Mode and Game Mode. You can choose the appropriate mode based on the application you are using. A more detailed introduction is provided below.
General Mode (Default Mode)
General Mode is the standard location spoofing mode in MapGo. It allows users to freely change their GPS location on the map, making it ideal for location-based social apps, dating apps, navigation tools, and more.
Upon launch, the program will enter General Mode by default. Please follow the steps below before officially activating General Mode:
Step1. Enable Developer Mode
Go to "Settings" > "About phone" > "Software information" and tap "Build number" 7 times.
Step 2. Select Mock Location App
Go to "Developer options" > "Select mock location app" and choose "MapGo". After completing these steps, you can start changing your location.
Specific Game Mode
Specific Game Mode is specifically designed for changing location in AR games such as Pokémon GO. Enabling Specific Game Mode allows you to safely and freely modify your in-game location in Pokémon GO. More supported games will be announced in future updates.
Follow the steps below to enable Specific Game Mode:
Step1. Switch Mode
Click the button on the right sidebar of the main interface to open Game Mode

Step2. Install Customized App
follow the on-screen instructions or read the "Customized App Guide" to install the Customized App. Once installed, you'll be able to enter Game Mode. Change the location to the desired destination before opening the game to avoid detection. Note: In Game Mode, location change only affects a specific game and does not impact other applications.Change Location

GPS Joystick Mode (Best for Games)
1. Entering Joystick Mode

3.You can drag the floating window anywhere on the screen to place it as you prefer.
4.The speed panel at the bottom lets you adjust movement speed by sliding the slider.

You can switch to other apps, such as Google Maps or Pokémon GO, and the floating window will remain visible so you can control your location and movement direction in real time.

Tips to Avoid Bans
Stay Within Realistic Speeds
Always mimic real-world walking speeds (around 3-5 km/h) when simulating movement to avoid detection by the game or app.
Honor Cooldown Timers
Respect the built-in cooldown counters in games like PoGo. Jumping between locations too quickly can raise red flags.
Limit Teleporting
Avoid excessive teleportation. Instead, use the walking simulation features to create a more natural movement pattern
Play Within a Limited Area
Restrict your gameplay to a 10 km radius from your starting point to reduce the risk of being flagged for suspicious activity.
Use Joystick Controls
Utilize joystick features for more controlled and gradual movements rather than instant jumps between locations
Avoid Bot-like Behavior
Engage with the game normally; avoid actions that resemble bot behavior, such as rapid location changes or automated actions
Monitor Account Activity
Keep an eye on your account for any warnings or unusual activity, and adjust your usage accordingly
